ONGOING SUPPORT
Avon Animal Hospital - to Veterinarians and support staff who "go the extra mile" when it comes to caring for SPCA animals, and allowing us to leave goods, tickets, etc. for sale to the public.
Cornwallis Veterinarians - for support and allowing us to leave goods, tickets, etc. for sale to the public.
Windsor Pet Services - to Angela Fleming and Roy Vatcher for their generosity in permitting the SPCA to house our canines at their facility and giving our dogs a safe and loving environment until a permanent home is found. They also provide expertise in canine behaviour that only individuals with the special training and experience they have, are able to give. We are very fortunate that they are available to the Hants Co. SPCA.
Foster Home Providers - we are eternally grateful for the shelter and love you supply our "orphans" with.
Daniels' Flower Shop - Jennifer Daniels for prize donations and permitting us to display and have kittens adopted from her business premises. We especially appreciate both she and Elizabeth Houston for the love and kindness bestowed upon our furry little friends until an adoptive family is found.
Shear Comfort Pet Grooming - Jan Casselman for also allowing us to display and have kittens adopted from her premises and the love she provides.
Home Hardware - Jeff Redden who has kindly donated a 10% coupon towards animal supplies for persons adopting their 1st SPCA animal.
Sobeys - for giving us a percentage on cash register receipts collected and turned in.
Shur-Gain Feeds'N Needs - for the generous donation of catnip used to make the "naughty knots" being sold from the Avon Animal Hospital and inviting us to participate in the May 2008 "Customer Appreciation Day".
Farmer's Market - for reserving space for us each Sat. morning Jun-Oct so we can display and adopt out kittens, as well as pass out literature, sell tickets, etc.
Citizens - persons who donate money to our cause, those who donate to our fund-raising events and purchase crafts, baked goods, books, tickets, etc., and those who donate supplies for our foster homes.
Volunteers - not only those who belong to our SPCA group, but those who do not, and still give their time and effort to help us make an animal's life better.
